Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days in Delhi NCR and metro cities, and 4 to 8 working days elsewhere in India. Remote pin codes can take longer. These are estimates from our courier partners rather than guarantees.

Yes — ₹699. Below that we are not able to dispatch, and no delivery option will be offered at checkout.

One flat rate for the whole country. Orders from ₹699 to ₹1,498 are ₹200 flat, anywhere in India. Orders of ₹1,499 and above ship free.

There is no separate metro or regional price to work out. Charges are per order rather than per item, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Not at the moment. We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.

Yes, and this is the part worth knowing about. Type the name into the studio and the piece appears in 3D — you can turn it over, zoom in, change the colours and the size, and look at it from every angle before you add it to the cart.

What you are turning on screen is the real geometry of the object we print, not a picture of something similar.

Ten Indian languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia and Punjabi — as well as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Greek, Hebrew and Thai.

Type the name the way you normally type it in English and we write it the way a reader of that language would. A name that already belongs to the language keeps its own spelling rather than being sounded out from the English.

PLA — a plant-based material rather than a petroleum one. It is light, sturdy and holds fine detail beautifully, which is why names and small features come out crisp.

The one thing it does not like is sustained heat.

The material is a plant-based plastic, and the pieces are printed in one piece with nothing glued on. Some items — the articulated toys in particular — have small parts, so they are not suitable for very young children who still put things in their mouths. Individual product pages say so where it applies.

Keep it off a radiator, out of a hot car and out of the dishwasher. Wipe it with a damp cloth rather than soaking it. Treated that way it will last for years.

Yes. Every personalised piece lets you pick the colours in the studio before you order, and you see the combination on the actual object rather than guessing from swatches.

You can cancel and get a full refund at any time before your order goes into production — in practice, usually within 12 hours of placing it. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.

Once a personalised piece has gone into production it cannot be cancelled, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.

Not for a change of mind. Personalised and made-to-order items carry a name, initials or a photograph that is yours and nobody else's, so they cannot be resold. This is standard for custom goods, and it is exactly why the studio shows you the piece — at the size you are ordering it — before you pay.

Yes. Items bought from the ready-made catalogue with no personalisation may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We will replace it or refund it in full — personalised items included — if it arrives damaged or broken, if it is not the design, colour, size or spelling you ordered, or if it has a manufacturing defect.

Yes — return gifts for a wedding, favours for a birthday, branded pieces for an office. Runs go from 10 to 500 and beyond.

Lead times are 7 to 14 days depending on the piece and the quantity, and we send a sample before committing to the full run. Tell us the quantity, the colours and the date it has to arrive, and we will quote the same day.
