Shipping & Delivery
Everything we sell is printed for your order at our workshop in New Delhi and shipped across India. This page explains what that costs and how long it takes.
Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We do not currently ship outside India.
Shipping charges

One flat rate for the whole country — there is no separate metro or regional price to work out. Charges are per order, not per item, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Minimum order
Our minimum order value is ₹699. Below that we are not able to dispatch, and no delivery option will be offered at checkout.
Dispatch time
Personalised pieces are printed after you order, so they are not picked off a shelf. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Larger or bulk orders may take longer, and we will tell you the expected date in writing before we begin.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days in Delhi NCR and metro cities, and 4–8 working days elsewhere in India. Remote pin codes can take longer.
These are estimates given in good faith by our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or courier operations are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If you have not received one within five working days of ordering, please contact us.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address and pin code carefully. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped at the original shipping charge.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
