Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of cheekyfrog.in and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

3D printed gifts, décor, toys and desk objects, many of them personalised with a name, initials or an uploaded photograph. Items are printed to order in PLA unless a listing says otherwise.

Because each piece is printed rather than moulded, small variations in colour, finish and layer texture are normal and are not defects. Screen colours are also an approximation of printed filament colour.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. There is a minimum order value of ₹699.

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, or the personalisation falls outside what we can print or what we are willing to print (see below).

Personalisation you supply

You are responsible for what you ask us to print. By submitting a name, text or photograph you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's trade mark, copyright or other rights.

We will not print content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or that impersonates or targets another person. We may refuse or cancel any order on these grounds and will refund it in full.

Please check spelling and the on-screen preview before paying. The preview is generated from the same geometry we print, so what you see is what you get.

Photographs uploaded to the colouring kit

Photographs you upload are used only to generate your drawing and to fulfil your order. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to advertise without asking you first.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, generators, site content and the Cheeky Frog name and logo belong to us. Buying a printed item does not transfer any right in the underlying design, and the items are sold for personal use, not for resale or reproduction.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Small parts and safety

Some items are not suitable for children under three years. Where that applies it is stated on the listing. Keychains, magnets and small printed pieces should be kept away from small children.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
